Anyone else notice at least seven of Mighty Mouse's pre-WEC wins have been removed from his record before the third Moraes fight took place? Before the Moraes fight, his pro record was something like 31-4 and was suddenly changed to 24-4 on Fight Finder and Wikipedia. I recall his record being something like 10-0 prior to the Brad Pickett loss. Not a huge deal but it's unfortunate to see that many wins from one of the greats' records removed without much attention drawn to it or any explanation. Thoughts?

Those fights are added as amateur bouts on his record

Mighty Mouse having the wrong listed record all these years makes you think who else's might be wrong.

Maybe Anderson Silva is really like 25-10 or something lol

Really weird to see the record now state he entered WEC after 3 bouts and UFC after 6.

Interestingly enough, I recall Anderson Silva's record being updated to add two wins right around the time of the Okami rematch. For the longest time, his pro debut was recorded as being that loss to Luiz Azeredo. Now, it shows that he started his career 2-0 before losing to Azeredo.

Exactly what I was talking about. I mean MM was considered one of the GOATS by a lot of people, and now with him losing those 7 wins, that's a big difference in record. Makes you wonder who is next or if there are other fighters who's records have changed that we just haven't noticed yet.

DJ's bout vs. Lupe Hudgens was for the Amateur 135 Title. I'll post some photos from the event below.

AX Fighting and Genesis MMA featured amateur fighters as well, where DJ was also the champion. So I think technically the new categorization is probably correct. Some will use it to discredit DJ but whatever.

Further on this note. In 2010, before the Pickett bout, DJ was asked about this by North FightScene and this was his response.

NW FIGHTSCENE: What exactly is your record?

DEMETRIOUS: My overall record is 26-0. Like some places they count my amateur fights as pros, some places just count my pro fights I had as pro. I asked Matt that same question and he said 26-0. Just overall from Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Submission Wrestling, MMA, all of it. So like 26 and 0.
