I thought at first he was Polynesian like Mark Hunt or something, but I've heard him say he's an indigenous person. So is he indigenous like the people who were in the Hugh Jackman movie Australia? Or is he a different group, because to me he doesn't look anything like images of indigenous Australians that I have seen.

Let's see what the man himself has to say:

Despite having a Samoan father (Tony Tuivasa) and Aboriginal mother (Kerry Johnson), my skin colour was white. I was a white kid.

My whole family was dark. Eleven brothers and sisters, cousins, all dark. And then me. My mum has light skin, so maybe that was it. We grew up in a big household – but it wasn’t a big fucken house, that’s for sure.

You aren’t necessarily the majority of your race just because of where you were born and grew up, etc. Look into his blood lines. That’s where the answers lie. Because he is clearly not as dark as the Aborigines of Australia. And certainly has the skin tone more in line with a Polynesian. But just one parent several generations before can determine the colour or shade of colour of your skin.

Geneaology. That’s where you’ll find your answers. If the info is actually out there. He needs to do a dna test and publish the results to know for sure.

Let's see what the man himself has to say:
Is his mother a full blooded indigenous woman or is she bi-racial but identifies as indigenous culturally? I don't know much about indigenous people in Australia but I would think a full blooded indigenous there would be quite dark. In the US and Canada it's pretty common for people who are only partially indigenous or black to just identify as that alone
