What do you think of this house?

I like the ivy and greenery on it, blends into the environment and just looks cool in general, exterior doesn't look cheap and too modern. It's on the water too, which is a big plus. No video of the inside, so can't comment on that.

Love the balconies and outdoor fireplace and the private jetty, bit too much ivy for me, that would have to come down. The little Calvin halfway down and the private beach would be awesome for the dog

Most important for me is the kitchen, any videos on the inside?

I'm trying to find more footage of the inside

Very nice home. Unfortunately, it’s in Seattle so there’s probably bum feces on the sidewalks and needles that get caught/tossed into the ivy.

I like the look of the ivy and the rest, but the sheer amount of bugs and shit you would deal with would be a nightmare

I would say 7/10.

Too much home and the pool has an enormous steps. It would be a pain to upkeep the exterior. Like that it’s off the water and has a dock.

It looks nice, but the relaxing music helped. Compared to most houses it's a 10, besides having to worry about it having an intruder in one of the many rooms.
Compared to houses of the same size, I have no idea. The vegetation would probably overgrow. And the water probably needs maintaining.
Nice staircases for exercise.

My dream big house: not too rural, lots of natural light, dark curtains so super dark at night, gym, mat space, hydrotherapy pool, 800m or 400m running track, long jump pit, bouldering wall, soundproof room/studio with a flap to make it non-soundproof (anti-murder), big workbench room, garage, botanical garden room, random construction room to fuck with like if you wanna learn painting or plastering you can fuck with that room, basketball hoop, space observatory, indoor artificial soccer pitch, sauna, steam room.
Half of that shit would be good if you have kids. Can practice and teach anything.
If I become an elderly man ask me then and I'll probably want other shiz, like a zimmer frame showroom.

Ivy on buildings takes maintenance though and can cause damage if not maintained. Looks cool but way too big for me.
