Dont bother with videos if you are a beginner, just get in there and have a fight in training and listen to your instructor. Watching high end variations and all that will do nothing for you early on.

I can't remember at what time it appears, but there's a British Judoka that does this amazing cartwheel counter to a throw that leaves me speechless everytime I see it. I'd love to do Judo at the same time I do BJJ.
