Max Von Sydow is the GOAT, but he is barely in the one movie he was in. Cmon now. Some of these choices are obviously not gonna win.


Alec Guinness is also goatly, and he helped set the tone that carried the rest of the series. Probably an easy role for him but it worked so well. You needed some gravitas from a old school goat actor like that in the beggining.

Ian Mcdiarmid was incredible as the Emperor. The fact the he is so good even when reprising the character two and three decades later is unbelievable.
