Her striking isn't as it used to be, at all
She was looking slow, she was looking so different tonight. I noticed it from the jump, as soon as the fight started

Maybe it was something else or maybe it's just her age like everybody else was saying

She's been doing this for a while

This is why I don’t create ridiculous threads making bombastic claims. What comes around, goes around.

Apparently ducking Amanda, and Taila was not a good thing for that arrogant fool.

Recent surgery and age. She's always been a great athlete, her and her sister have the same training regiment and look how much more successful Valentina is. That fades with age.

She has slowed, but she was also shockingly unprepared for when grasso went southpaw.
Bingo. Also her declining athleticism (most likely from age) contributed to her lack of reactions, which was usually her primary defense.

Boxing by nature is a striking art that is based more in defense, balance, and footwork. Muay Thai fighters are more stationary, when the reactions and speed start to fade, they become easier to hit. That's why Muay Femur are usually the most successful style of Muay Thai fighter, they focus more on footwork, feints, and overall trickery to place their opponents in bad positions to really hurt them.

Valentina seems like she takes a decent amount of brain damage in and out of camp. Watching her drill hard combos on each other like that is pretty dumb imo.

Gave rose a black eye days before her title shot with Joanna lol.

Watched her do these same drills fight week with her sister on the embeddeds too. It’s hard to learn and improve when you are always taking brain damage.

I normally wouldn't watch a match like that but the way she caught Velentina's back after avoiding the spinning kick was slick and could have happened at any point of her title run.

Correct the man then,:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:. English obviously isn't his main language.

The hilarious thing is most americans only speak english and they still make all kinds of easy mistakes like being unable to tell the difference between your/you're, too/to etc. Most of the world is bilingual or more. You'd think you'd master 1 language if that's the only one you speak. /rant.

She's been a joy to watch over the years.

Whatever happens next, hespect.
