I saw a post wanting Amanda Nunes vs Weili Zhang, but there's no way in hell that's happening. Jessica Andrade planned to call out Valentina after she won, but she got her ass handed to her in less than a minute. Now, I don't want this right away, but if Weili proves to be a dominant champion, I think this could be very interesting.

How do you see it going? Weili's still new on the UFC scene, but we've already seen what she's capable of. She's obviously a killer, and so is Schev. This fight is a very real possibility in the future, so what are your thoughts?

Weili would have to go up to 125lbs.
No way shev makes 115lbs.

But....yeah could be a heck of a fight if it ever happened.

Watch how many people jump on Weili's band wagon in this thread, most of whom who have never heard of her before her KO win lol

Rose and Joanna vs her would be great fights, no reason to immediately talk about superfights man shit is played out.

Shevchenko too big and strong I'm afraid.

Zhang Weili would be outmatched.

Let's have Weili Zhang defend her title first. She seems to be what looks like a long lasting Champion, but there's still the winner of Joanna/Waterson.

Shevchenko vs Zhang would be an interesting fight and would certainly help Zhang climb that female P4P rankings, but Joanna is a good a test as Shevchenko. She's right behind Valentina and Nunes imo.

You didn't really read it, did you? I mentioned how I don't want this right away, but if she proves to be dominant.

My thoughts are that I am not going to think about this until both divisions settle a bit. 125 needs a shit ton of work after its horrible start and there are still a lot of fights for Zhang at 115.

That being said, Shevchenko UD.

There are a ton of fights for her at SW, challenging the FW champ at this point would be extremely stupid unless she plans to move up anyway. The UFC really needs to put the breaks on these constant “super” fights.

Fuck all this inter division bullshit. Sick of it. A Chinese reporter actually asked Zhang about it during the post fight PC. I almost had a stroke in anger.

You mean when he asked if she would fight Cejudo? Lol. ANd she said yes if he got a sex change.

Yeah, it is rather noxious.

No one at 115 should fight val. Shes too big.

There's definitely truth to that. We saw what happened when JJ tried, and I remember it being said in the very first Rose fight that JJ is actually a bit big for 115.

The more fights Weili has at 115 the more she will deteriorate. Andrade was on her 9th weight cut at 115 when she went down. Unless she is on IV like Costa is/was it will be harder to recover and look like a killer. It's a matter of time.

I think subconsciously people realize this and selfishly want this fight now before both of them end up washed.

Sorry but no. They both have a ton of work to do. Neither one earned anything of the sort.

Valentina will willingly turn in the worst title fight in UFC history to keep the belt just to be perfect.

Weili got a faster track to a title shot than Till. It's shameless whoring out of the belt for $ but that's the UFC.

Hope this super fight happens in the next year or so.

I think Zhang would be Valentina’s biggest challenge outside of Nunes.

Comment!

Shev is extremely well rounded. Zhang would have nothing for the larger Shev.

Valentina is proven over 5 rounds, will be interesting to see how Zhang does if she can't steamroll her
