Does anything look more dorky? I mean, sure it's more comfortable and practical to do it, but it just looks like a high school kid.

I use a breifcase with a shoulder strap.

I can carry by hand or throw it over my shoulder. Some of my friends and co-workers use a backpark with a suit, but it just always looks so geeky to me.

If I was the guy in the suit I'd I'd go right on twitter with the hashtag #dontcarewhatyouthink lol

People who do that probably make 150k+ a year so they can do what they want.

I think it's incredibly sad and dorky to care.

I saw two lawyers when I went in for jury duty. One wearing a backpack and carrying files and one holding a briefcase and carrying files. Guess which one almost dropped everything right after the security checkpoint?

I have a backpack with me probably 50% of the time that I step out the door. I'm never much concerned about the style points.

The practicality supersedes any concerns that a guy on the Internet might say I looked "dorky."

I associate a backpack with an active lifestyle and a briefcase with a no life style.

What's worse is seeing a wrinkled suit get into a shitty second hand car.

If you're that low down the pole why do you give such a fuck? Relax.

I do it - I normally have a back pack regardless of what I'm wearing, and where I'm going.

I can't cram my laptop, lunch, shaker bottle etc into a brief case.

Doesn't a briefcase with a shoulder strap look kinda like a purse? Just sayin....

A guy (or girl) is better off not wearing a suit, than wearing something that is ill fitting.

Nothing screams "used car salesman" more than a man in a poorly tailored suit.

It kinda looks dorky to have a back pack, but I guess if you are just walking to your office or use the metro bus its much more practical to have it on your back but yeah dorky.

Back in the day I carry a fake brief case or a laptop bag when I am doing presentations for our company just to look more sphisticated even though I only carry a small sling bag or pouch to work. The Brief case is just filled some random papers and most of presentation is on a USB stick!

My boss said it really adds the look of confidence as I did that when they interviewed me twice and she remembered my gimmick.

Wearing a backpack with a suit will fuck your coat up, no bueno. I couldn't possibly give less fucks about others, but wouldn't wear a suit with a backpack myself. The backpack itself is not dorky, though.

I do the briefcase with shoulder strap, myself, but the back pack look has been picking up steam.

Why? What's in it? I like to travel light wallet keys phone that's it. Don't even like a receipt in my pocket

My assistant Farnsworth carries all my stuff for me.
