agreed, but he still smoked him. just how long is he going to be able to hold on and stave off the inevitable. it's like watching late stage Glover. he was going in and destroying these young guys but there was always at least a couple of moments where it looked shaky, where as if he was 10 yrs younger he'd have tanked the shots like the terminator and kept the pace/pressure on him.

I thought it was razor close.
DC had Lopes winning round 2, which I thought he lost. 1st was very close.
Round 3 being a knockdown and not a slip, I think edged it for Lopes.
I guess the decision is ok. Either guy winning or Draw would be fine. I thought 50-45 or 49-46 either way is weird but apparently SD judges had it the same.

Volk wanted to fight Evloev but the ufc wouldn't give Evloev the title shot.
They didn't gift Volk a free win. They were desperate for Lopes to win the title.
