Video of a spider I took today

Was taking some pics today and stumbled onto this pretty large Golden Orb spider and it appeared to be eating. It's kind of cool and will eventually be in 4k when it's done processing. I had to manually focus because the camera was having a hard time finding the spider, so it does go out of focus at times:

 
That spider was about 3 or 4 inches long, by the way.

I had a giant Golden Orb living in a rose bush outside my front door years ago. We named him Nigel. He was cool but then one day he was gone.

when my sister first moved to Kansas City and I was still in Cali we used to send each other pics of spiders, insects, etc trying to 1 up each other. She eventually won by sending a pic of a spider that was almost as big as my hand....

I hated walking into their webs as a kid they are all over in the part of Texas I grew up in they're creepy as hell but harmless.

Didnt think it was as big as posted after, awesome!

So, this thread shows lots of 'sherdog alphas' are pussies for spiders..?
