He needs to go to a physical therapist to fix his feet/shins so he can throw ungodly leg kicks again...that's how he can possibly beat Max or Conor

There is literally nothing threatening or concerning to Conor or his fans about aldo 'coming for him'. if he ever gets a second shot at Conor he'll get ktfo. Again.

Depends on whether Conor is punch drunk from the beating Floyd is about to put on him.

It's about time.

He should've started learning from a legit boxing coach a long time ago. Offensively he's great and don't get me wrong, he does have good defense, but he needs to work on it. He specifically needs to work on the basics in terms of his boxing/punch defense.

I hope he can improve quickly. I also hope this means he's going to get out of the predictable same old MT (Muay Thai) routine that Conor talked about because he's 100% right. I believe Conor's understanding of how MT is in terms of the movement, attacks, in and out rhythm and such is why he won.

It's also because of Aldo's mistake with the basics of defense, too. He has good head movement and overall good defense in general, but he often makes the mistake of failing to bring his hands back to guard his head after throwing a punch/combo (Barao is especially bad did it. Many Nova Uniao fighters are, for some reason).

So let's hope Garcia can help Aldo get out of that routine and stop the bad habits with his defense in the pocket or when he exists the pocket. That's easier said than done, though, so I wish him luck.

Nothing but hespect for Aldo. I'm really looking forward for his return. FOOK the haters. He's the GOAT FW and one of the GOAT MMA fighters in general.

Good luck, Hozaay!!

Cool to hear that he competed in BJJ recently and working with a different coach for his hands too. I doubt it has anything to do with Mcgregor, he's probably just wanting to improve like every other fighter, maybe these two losses will force him to change things up a little, that'd be great to see. War Aldo always.

Garcia is a very good trainer. For those who are not familiar, he trained Maidana, his little brother Mikey (p4p ranked, along with their dad), Margarito, and even turned walking heavybag Brandon Rios into a champ.

It's a good idea for these mma guys to go to real boxing trainers. More and more, boxing seems to be the most important weapon in mma. Conor, Cody, Stipe, Bisping all favor boxing heavy styles and are champs.

Passed up that 2nd red panty payday and now he's gotta jerk the curtain for peanuts. Chin is cracked and now he's just gonna accumulate more damage while diminishing his legacy. Sad

Also, to give you an idea of Floyd's longevity. The year that Floyd became champion, Robert Garcia held a belt in the same division.

I hope we get Aldo vs Conor 2 sometime in the future.
