(VIDEO) Fight Highlight flashback - Magny vs Lombard

Holy moly, just running back thru some of the highlights of this war.

This fight must have taken 5 years off each of their lives. Both guys nearly killed each other at given points in the fight.

Magnys heart and fighting spirit can never be questioned. Dude literally got beat senseless, weathered the hurricane which is Lombard, and then attacked him with subs AND nasty GnP.

I remember this fight. Magny covered up with his 80" arms and Lombard was hitting all arm and leg. Ref didn't stop it though given that Magny was covering up the whole round...

Lombard made Magnys body go limp like 3 times and face planted him to the point where he had to stop GnP and look at the ref when Magny mounted ZERO offense after getting dropped.


Fight should've been stopped BUT entertaining fight nonetheless.

SUCH a laid back, easy going guy outside of the cage. Super humble, nice dude.

Makes his toughness in the cage that much more admirable imo. Really likeable fella.

Very true, I'm all about SAVAGE fights but the ref really dropped the ball in that fight.


Fight could've been stopped much sooner for either guy.

Magnys body went legit LIMP after gettin dropped and smacked with a hammerfist, Lombard woke him up with like 2 follow up punches lol.

And Lombard ate like 10 dozen punches from mount he had no business eating.
