not unless a new thread is made. have 50. bet 50. stay at 0 until new thread made. new thread, new 50. then if another new thread is made and you did nothing with the 50 you just got, you stay at 50. until you use it up.

you having 0 vbucks + new thread being created = 50 bucks vwelfare
doesnt matter if its 2 minutes later or 2 days later
