UFC should make Dustin Poirier vs Jeremy Stephens

I've been impressed with Stephens at FW, gave Swanson a tough fight (even though I scored it 49-46 for Swanson). His training with Fierro has clearly been paying off, guy is so much better at setting up his strikes and wrestling now. Poirier has been on a nice little streak and I think this would be a great fight right now, could definitely see it being the co-main of a PPV.

I think Stephens is too much for a fight back after the layoff from the injury he had. I'd rather see him fight someone like Elkins, Lentz, Cole Miller, Siver, Gamburyan, Oliveira, or the loser of Bermudez-Guida.

Edgar doesn't deserve that fight right now. Swanson should be fighting the winner of Aldo-Mendes II or Mendes if they need an interim champion.

Poirier v Edgar sounds pretty awesome. Stevens should get someone a little further down the ladder next. He gave a good showing against Cub but he's not in the mix with top 5 contenders right now.

I disagree. KZ had a long layoff for his fight against Aldo and didnt look bad for such long layoff against the champ until the shoulder.

FW div needs their top5 to fight each other cuz they havent in so long
