An MMA legend and one of the toughest guys in the world. So tough that a train couldn't even kill him.

Keep fighting, Matt Hughes!

Some backstory for those who didn't know about Matt's accident:

The standing ovation at 2:43 was a very powerful moment. Goosebumps every time!

It's a tough watch and you feel bad for him, but on the bright side he's incredibly lucky to be on this side of the ground, and to be able to still move around under his own power and communicate (even if it is compromised) is amazing considering what happened to him. Gotta count your blessings, I guess.

Yes, doctor.

So sad, but at the end of the day he can still talk and move even if he lost some of his motor functions.

Isn’t he a sociopath? I remember reading about horrifying his biography is, basically the dude admitted to taking pleasure in torturing people and putting folks in distress.

There are rumors that a lot of that stuff is fabricated, so we’ll probably never entirely know.

That could just be their attempt at damage control though.
