Inspired by the Heavyweight Rankings Heatmap that was posted here some time ago we went ahead and created a site that features heatmaps for all weight classes and that is updated automatically to be synced with the official rankings

The site is available at http://ufcheatmap.com

Would love to get your feedback on it.

looks good, but really needs fighter names on mouseover..

there will be people who dont recognise some especially in the lighter divisions or womens etc.

I like it but doesn't Tricia Torres have a win over Rose Namajunas back in 2013?

I read it as UF Cheat Map.

And I agree with Dim wholeheartedly, I'm a "hardcore" and I don't know if I could recognize every top 15 in every weight class by their face alone.

Also isn't Pettis back in 155 and Al Iaquita retired?

yeah, and even if you dont go from a readers view, from an accessibility point of view they all need alt-tags anyway so may as well make em visible

Great tool. It allows to visualize why some people are ranked where they are.

I agree with those that suggest fighters names are needed. I also find the icons of the fighters opponents confusing. Why does MM have a bunch and Cehudo?(sp) have 3? wouldn't you need to show a consistent number of their fights? Like last 10 fights or something consistent.

For the LHW division, you forgot to add Jon Jones on the loss column for DC.

I believe it's only the fighters in the top 15.

Thanks for all the input! We've added tooltips with fighter names and will add some more features soon

A loss in 2008 shows up in a heat map? It's been 9 years.

Otherwise it looks good.

I don't understand the WBW rankings at all. Shouldn't Holm & de Randamie be removed? Or is that gonn happen after 208? Ronda's gonn remain T5 until she discusses her future.
