UFC fighters with no tattoos.

I’ve noticed that, over the last few years, there are more and more elite fighters without tats. I think we may be entering an era where most of the top guys actually don’t have any. Which is crazy if you watched UFC 10 years ago when almost everyone was tatted and most were awful ones.

Some of the top guys currently who have none:

Francis, Jiri, Aljo, Islam, Khamzat, Usman, Jan, Shavkat.

Any more really good guys I’m leaving off?

Bless these foreigners coming into the UFC and killing the horrible tattoo culture the Americans had built.

Tattoos are haram, if I'm not mistaken, so Muslim fighters won't have them

Jiri shouldn't be on that list. He has a full-body tattoo of his body on his body.

Most fighters now I think is coming from educated background. Whereas in the past a lot of fighters are former street thugs or something

this new phase of no tattoos appears to be a new trend that started after Connor McGregor swagger jacked his tiger tattoo from that Canadian model.

We are in the Alpha generation, they are too busy on their cell phones to get a tattoo.

Chinese MMA fighters tend to go easy on the tattoos, since IIRC in China, before 2015, if you had tattoos you either have to cover them with tape/rash guards, or you can't fight at all.

But in 2015 they took another step and banned any fighter with visible ink.

There is a team there where almost all the fighters have a small one above the D, which is cover by the shorts. I'm trying to find it now, will edit later...
