Kind of applaud her for having a mini career resurgence a few fights ago, but it's depressing seeing fighters hang on long after their prime. Getting hurt for every 10 wmma strikes thrown at you is just sad...
 
Karolina was pretty advanced for the era 10 years ago. Her grappling carried her a bit, late in her career. She's fully done now at 39.

Fuckkkkk high fiving when you should go for the finish against an opponent you are dominating, that stuff really grinds my gears.
 
That division is so ridiculous, you can land 200 strikes in someone face and not even score 1 KD
 
I know it's only 3 fights into the card so far but one of the more exciting cards this year

Just got in. Threw a small on Bia.Got awful odds, but it's looking like a lock.
 
Mesquita is nasty on top. I'm glad she isn't just trying to LnP and work for submissions without GnP.
 
Thought she would at least try for a sub in the last 20 seconds after softening her up with gnp.
 
Surprised Bia didn't go for the arm. 10-8 for sure.

IMO, I think Alekseeva threw the fight. Looked so fixed, imo.

That being said, I won my bet on Mesquita.
