I bought a collect of 100 or so DVD's, I'm thinking of filling the gaps but am not sure when they stopped putting them out on DVD if they have indeed stopped.

It looks like at some point they moved to two events per DVD, i checked on amazon and found 173\174 and 179/180 together.

I pretty much bought dvds non stop from 2002 - 2009 and then it became much easier to just download them the day after they aired and use fight pass over the dvds of shit i did have,

I would tape the Pride events because they took a YEAR to be released in US after airing

Anybody remember that press conference when the guy in the crowd asked told Dana White that he was promised some Pride DVDs by Dana and they were never delivered? I'm not sure if Dana actually knew the guy or if he just pretended to know him, but they had a little back-and-forth. One of the more bizarre moments I've ever seen in a UFC event.

They stopped because DVDs are close to obsolete at this point. The only person I know that still uses them is my 70 year old mom.

easy to make tbh

If you don't mind the VHS looking like this.

I used to get bootleg PRIDE VHS tapes from a Japanese bookstore I had to drive over an hour to get to.

Label was similar but all in Japanese. Only "PRIDE" was in English.

I have them all.
They made box sets for 2011, 2012 and 2013. They are awesome. They have every event...even the fight nights. / ESPN cards. They have most prelim fights on them too. They actually weed out the worst fights on each card which is cool.

After 2013 they switched from 10 disc box sets to 2 disc sets. These are pretty much have just the best fights of the year on them.

I stopped at 2014.

I have every event on dvd from UFC #1 to 2013.

I also own the entire Pride library on DVD. Even Bushidos. The only Pride event never released on DVD was Dynamite. That's where Bob Sapp almost killed Nog.
