Man Tyrone is a killer and I wish him well in anything he does hope he makes it big in boxing where the big bucks are at.

His kb fight purse is 250.000 us dollars...
Glory and even GFC are not willing to pay that kind of money.
 
I reckon its not just the money but deep down he is a bit scared now. Without the injury he would still get in there for a few kickboxing fights, even it was only for ok-ish money.

Glory fucked up paying him that in the first place! He was getting i have heard in the range of 50-80k for k1(at its death) and because glory didn't want him to fight for the new k-1 so they threw piles of money at him.
You also need to remember he got either 200 or 250k ( i can't remember) for winning the lhw 8man in ny on top off his purse so he has made somewhere just over a million dollars from glory and gets around 60k a fight in wsof facing scrubs.

I think you could be surprised by what he can do in mma if he really sets his mind to it. His defensive wrestling had come a long way before he broke his shin. Plus he was getting 60k a fight with no experience and signed a new deal with wsof at the start of 2014 that pays him even more. 3-4 more wins in mma and he will be making more their than what glory is offering now.

I don't think his dream is to fight in the ufc. He is a prize fighter and ufc pays more than anywhere except for maybe 8 boxers so his focus shifted when there was uncertainty in 2011 about any kb organization that could pay decent money

What ive heard is that GFC did not want to pay 200k+, only half of it.

I can't show you a article but from sources very close to tyrone on the blackzilans have told me he was getting at least twice what was reported and was getting more than lighter weight guys from the team that have fought in the ufc for years. I was personally told by one ufc fighter on the team when he was pissed off one day tyrone makes more in wsof than he does in the ufc and he makes 36k to show and double for a win

The fact that you just said that Gustafsson has a very weak chin shows how little you know about MMA.

Also the fact that you said that the dutch fighters usually have bad grappling doesn't make sense either. Alistair Overeem, who is the most famous dutch guy in the UFC is one of the best grapplers in the heavyweight division for example. Plus, Tyrone trains in the united states, so the fact that dutch people have "bad grappling" plays zero part here, unless you believe that dutch people have bad grappling because of their genes or the dutch air or something. Either way, you are an idiot.

Those numbers are from the state athletic commission, WSOF can't hustle with the numbers (otherwise they will lose their license). Maybe Tyrone received some money in advance to sign with WSOF?

actually most bigger promotions do not release the true amount they are paying the fighters to the ac. It usually depends on the contact structure and almost every time if the guy is not a us citizen it is never the real amount that is reported because of tax issues for the fighter.

For instance melvin manhoef salary released to the commission for his latest bellator fights says he is only getting 10k a fight which is absurd.

Now some of the numbers are true but many former ufc fighters have been on the recored about payments much larger than those disclosed to the ac. Vinny magalhaes has been vary vocal about such things as smaller promotions try to offer what the ac says he gets paid and get pissed when he tells them he isn't fighting for peanuts

Ghita deserves 120k but Spong no more than 60-80k? I'm not sure if I even want to know but how you justify this?
