Tyron got dominated by Rory, out-grappled by Shields, knocked the fuck out by Marquardt. He can stfu.

Woodley would've won. GSP is 37 and is most likely slowing down (he definitely looked slower at MW, but that's all I have to go off of). Woodley is about the same age, but his style is all about exploding at the right times (similar to Yoel). GSP is a lot older in MMA years, and doesn't have many miles left in the tank. A 32 year old "Rush" would've "Rory'd" Tyron np, but fortunately the GOAT had the wisdom to know when to call it quits. Now ride off into the prehistoric sunset George.

What exactly is your point? GSP never pretended to be a tough guy, he said on multiple occasions that he enjoys training and the science of martial arts, but is not particularly crazy about fighting because you need to be somewhat crazy to do it and that he does it because it allows him to maintain a certain lifestyle. Big deal, he got caught by Serra and tried to fight him while still wobbled which was a mistake. GSP wins that fight 9/10 times and in MMA like in many other sports "luck" factor is present. It's not pure luck but it has to do with mood, biorhythm and so on, everyone can get caught or have a bad day. Tapping to strikes is fine with me, why on earth would anyone risk further brain damage in an already dangerous sport? Again, he never pretended to be some sort of a tough guy.

Tyron is a great fighter but well, when the division was strong as hell he wasn't able to conquer it, so no point crying now. He can say whatever he wants now, but if I were a guy who wants one big money fight before retiring, of course I wouldn't want to fight Tyron because he's not well recognized within the mainstream and among MMA fans he's considered a boring fighter + pulling the race card all the time didn't get him many new fans.
