So I after 3 weeks of not seeing my beloved Ezekial bread not a trader joes i ask whats up. Turns out they dont' carry it no more. I looked at the sprouted grain selected and it seems that the best ones are trader joes daily bread, and and 'Look Pa, no flour' sprouted grain bread. None of them have data for GI or if they're complete proteins.

I can still buy the e bread at a co-op, but that takes like 30 minutes to drive to.

Why don't you try the new sprouted grain bread?

doesn't whole foods sell ezekiel bread?

I rarely eat bread but any bread should be fine. Eat it with fat and fiber and GI should be okay. If you can choose, you can eat pumpernickel, rye, or high fiber breads

most health food stores carry it if they carry produce and frozen foods.
