I've been using these after hearing Huberman's testimony regarding their efficacy. I've felt my T levels a little lower than usual, I'm in my 40s, I needed a pick-me-up pre trt.

After a couple of months my experience has been increased T levels (better mood, sleep, working out is conceivable again, higher libido) and also bigger testicles. Yes, bigger balls bros, bigger balls.

The only issue is I think the fadogia agrestis makes it harder to climax, so if you want to last longer with bigger balls it's the thing for you.

I've tried Gorillamind Sigma and it didn't do anything for my T-levels. It's a pretty individual thing if such supplements work for you or not I guess.

Horny Goat Weed also works well for sexual stamina for men over 35 or so, but it's a known SARM. Technically "boosts" T levels, but not because you're producting more, but because it's taking up the receptors, iirc.

Most T boosters don't really work in men that haven't hit their decline in T production (generally somewhere around 35). For some it's a little earlier and others a little later, but it's not for young men.

Did you actually get tested? I don't think you can simply "feel" your T levels out, there's tons of factors that can go into how you feel other than testosterone levels.

This. Need blood work to really confirm any real changes/fluctuations compared to baseline levels.

I did not. However I have supplemented my T in the past and been tested, I am aware of the feeling of it being sub par. Most recently I had a bad flair up of IBS that nuked it, it was horrible, I'd have considered anti depressants or suicide if I didn't know what the cause was.

I know what you're saying and I'd be on board usually. My experience with taking psychoactive drugs and observation of internal state, it leads me to accurate observations of effect.

I was at hypogonadal levels before and on the supplement and have since gone on TRT, depending on where you're bottlenecking your T-production supplements might help, or they simply don't.

Did you do bloodwork pre and post use? Did you use it for at least 6 weeks?

I'm not 100% clear on which T boosters are acute and which are saturative/chronic in nature in terms of when they begin to become effective but bloodwork for Total T and Free T seems like that would at least be necessary to say it didn't work.

Yes, a week before starting and eight weeks in. Total and Free T were of course included in the panel.

Was there an increase in either, both, neither? What was the % increase? You can't expect it to take you from 150 Total to 800, but if it took you from 150 to 300 (you'd still feel like shit) I'd say that worked very well just not well enough to subvert the need for exogenous hormone supplementation.

I got from 350 to 365 in total T, free Test was around the same before and after, I‘d need to look that up.

I purchased vital herbal Fadogia Agrestis as a testosterone/ libido booster, and after a couple of weeks felt it kick in. I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 before workout or bed, and gradually felt the effects. 3 a day may be good if you want a more pronounced boost
