Pull ups behind your back is pointless and doing them after biceps is also pointless unless it's for pre exhaustion which you wouldn't do often
 
Randy Couture use to talk about how strong Tito and Dan henderson were especially Dan but we know now Dan might have had a little help or at least he got caught because we all know the ones who are clean are the ones who have not been caught yet.
 
Carefull this is how tito got a cracked skull and to have spinal fusion surgery and ACL injury and Neck injury and this is workout is why he wasnt 100% and would have beaton Jon Jones :)
