Media Tito Ortiz: “Fighting for 25 years has been easy but really hard physically and mentally"

Imagine being 131 years old trying to outlive your children? It's both hard and easy to work out 6 days a 5 week twice a week for one of those, on rest days I eat cheese and hear that signing like a violin, so what if he's a blackbelt in a jui jitsu he's one of the greatest light heavyweights of the night. He can now retire in pieces which a juicey juice box and read jackal stories to his children.

I know where this is going.

But imagine having your every phrase being dissected.
I have every phrase dissected six days, actually six days a week. Five days a week, I'll have my phrases dissected three days a week. One of those days I will have my phrases dissected two days of the week. So, six days a week I will be having my every phrase being dissected

Tito: Why TF didn't I just say "hasn't been easy"?

<WhitmanDefeat>

Who knows? Maybe it has been easy in some ways?

You know, like it's easy to continue what you do (that's easy), but you probably shouldn't have done what's easy.
