I remember after Walker and Lee got killed in Brazil, people were saying "maybe TriStar is overrated", but I feel as though fighters may need more than 1 camp at a new gym to settle in and improve. Can you guys think of any examples of times a fighter switched gyms and improved drastically in their next fight? Or in a few fights?

ATT has quite few: Amanda,Joanna, Jorge Masvidal and Dustin Porier

Kings MMA too: Kelvin, Werdum and RDA

Marv Brothers: RDA and BJ Penn

Jason Parillo: Cyborg, BJ Penn, Chito Vera and Michael Bisping

Xtreme Couture: Sean Strickland and Francis Ngannou

Trevor Whitman: Rose, Justin Gatjhe and Jon Jones

TK MMA & Fitness: Tai Tuivasa

Diaz Brothers: Derrick Lewis

Ernest Hoost: Fedor Emelianenko

I don't think Joanna improved at ATT tbh.

Rumble joining Henri Hoofts camp. Hooft honed his power and made him one of the most dangerous strikers ever.
Too bad he he would tap out putting on a turtle neck sweater or when his Mom would try to give him a hug. Rip always wanted to see him and Frank Trigg in an RNC-off to see who would tap to the most RNC's.

Duane Ludwig improved Alpha Males striking a lot.
But I also wonder how Garbrandt and his brother as boxer and boxing trainer improved their striking. Nobody talks about that.

Pedro Diaz(Cuban Olympic boxing coach who produced quite a few gold medals) at Blackzillians improved Rumble, Vitor and quite a few others.
Hooft was there for the kicks. Hooft striking is basic in comparison.
Also guys like Overeem and Tyrone Spong as well as a dozen world class strikers played a role in it.
Hooft is a solid coach, but he gets the credit for a dozen people putting their knowledge together.
