UFC 238 interview after Henry Cejudo defeated Marlon Moraes for the vacant UFC Bantamweight Championship.

This interview was when Henry Cejudo first calls himself Triple C, and also declared himself the greatest combat athlete of all time (timestamped)

Thoughts? Will we see another interview like this if he wins?

He still needs to win a WWE belt before he retires.

If Cejudo wins this week, then defeats Volkanovski at featherweight he is the greatest of all time, and it's not really up for debate objectively.

I don't really think he needs to beat Volk for that to be a convo already.

Cruz
DJ
TJ

Basically, the lineal GOATs of two divisions. Two of them he just ran through. I mean, I don't really like the guy, but his run since the DJ loss is not really matched. Add his Olympic gold medal to that, it's arguably already a wrap I think.

If he DOES go up and beat Volk, It would make him damn near untouchable in that convo. If we're talk MMA goats it's different. It's possible for someone to have achieved more at a certain weight than he, or maybe even in MMA as a whole.

But as of today, not one Olympic gold medallist has won an MMA belt of any description. Much less the biggest one in the sport. Let alone two of them. Unfortunately. That makes him as special as thinks he is.

If he loses to Sterlinng, he's not even top20 and it's not really up for debate objectively.
