This is the best Star Trek Intro / Main score imo.

Absolutely bone chilling.

Almost all of the Star Trek intro scores have been fantastic. That's how you can have a piece this great and it's still in my middle. Let the brass shine and carry.

DS9 > TNG > TOS > Voyager > SNW > Discovery >>> Picard (any season) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Enterprise

Strange New Worlds passes up Discovery for me almost purely on the back of the callback to the TOS at the very end. Just a cool touch.
