Thoughts on limited liability (corporations and LLCs)

I think so.

It's a privacy thing. Maybe I don't want people prejudicing my company because they don't like me or vice versa. Maybe I don't want people targeting me personally to get some kind of business advantage. Things like that.

Its an interesting issue.

Ive made some nice little pay days helping ppl find out who is "behind the curtain" pre suit.


Delaware llcs are tough. Do you know of anyway to see who the members are? FOIA wont work -- the sos office claims they dont even know who the real members are.

A corporation could be a perfectly fine institution if they were handled the right way. A fair level of taxation and limits to their lobbying/campaign funding would go a long way.
