EDIT: Forgot the ''No Homo''

Too big and strong. How is it optimal if it requires lots of food and protein and energy to run effectively?

Shouldn't optimal be a body that that can run on less?
at his prime he was one if not the best athlete in the NFL....

He's not ''too'' big imo.

EDIT: Forgot the ''No Homo''

For sheer aesthetics and overall athleticism? Yeah.

Big, strong, lean, can run, jump, be explosive, etc. Unless you're a pro athlete in a sport that favors another bodytype (like basketball, marathon running or swimming), I don't see any issue with this body. A dude like this could even do stuff like planche pushups and human flags too if he took the time to learn.

Look forward to joining him in the future!

Edit: This is where being tall is annoying. I'm 6'2 (arguably 6'3 now that my posture is much better), so I'd have to be 230 - 240lbs to match this. And since I'm naturally bigger in the lower body, it's probably gonna be closer to 240lbs than 230lbs. Oh well... haha.

Dude is a beast...perfect athlete. But terrible father.
