my friend said i should start taking coenzyme q10 because he said it helps for overall heart and aging health, he warned not to take more than 100mg, and domt take it close to ned time take it with breakfast for energy. So i said whatever took it at 5pm and couldnt sleep, it really did keepme up.

This stuff really does give you energy, ive been taking it super early in the morning and havent felt sleepy, ill usually get tired at 2 pm and need a quick nap, not anymore. I take it early to avoid insomnia, because of the energy boost i get, now i sleep at my usual 10 to 11 pm.

It works better for me than the b complex, b complex broke me out with pimples on my forehad and shoulders and actually made me more sleepy and tired.

Its good for your heart, especially over 30 guys and for those who take statins, look into it, amd im not big into supplements i think they are a scam because many companies dont put the actual products dose they put more filler than produce in them

Coenzyme q10 is very popular these days. If you like that you should look in to finding organic non synthesized biopqq.

Biopqq is a very powerful antioxidant. Every time your cells divide a part of your telomeres is shortened and this is what causes cells to age.

Biopqq lengthens the telomeres (caps on your dna)and promotes healthy aging of your cells and protects them from free radical damage.

Some of the more premium supplements combine coq10 and biopqq

I take coq10 with pqq for that mitochindria boost

I dont know man I think you might be those uptight insecure guys who gets his masculine knowledge of how men should act from the man show and guys who wear flame button down short sleeve shirts.

A lot of people take naps, they call them power napping, the president does it they do it in Spain they call it Siesta.

A siesta (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈsjesta]) (Spanish, meaning "nap") is a short nap taken in the early afternoon, often after the midday meal. Such a period of sleep is a common tradition in some countries, particularly those where the weather is warm.

What cartoons do you watch before nap time?

I don't think there is strong evidence that CoQ10 is good for anything other than like primary CoQ10 deficiency. CoQ10 is sold as a dietary supplement, which means it is not regulated. It's fairly likely that whatever you're buying is not what's on the label. It could have no CoQ10 in it at all. Or it could have something dangerous in it. Or maybe the reason it gives you energy is because it has a large dose of caffeine or some other stimulant.

I agree, i made a thread about supplements that are a scam and so unregulated that they put more filler in the product, but reputable companies usually like jarrow have legit products, this stuff im taking i see a difference.

Compared to the vitamin b complex that made me groggy

If you're close to 40 buy Ubinuinol instead as as we age we don't absorb the Q10 as easily. I'll dig around my old files to try and find the source but I had read no more than 300mg(?) a day otherwise it interferes with your sleep, may be why you can't sleep.

coq10 is legit, mayo clinic gave it a b rating meaning there is scientific evidence it works, and youre right about b12 or b vitamins, it makes the skin break out

Ive tried a lot of vitamins and supps,
This Coq10 is the only one Ive taken that really seems to work, Im taking this one and this stuff seems to help me, after 5 days I started feeling like I could focus more and more energy. I dont take it at night though. I thought I was just placebo effecting, but I gave my brother and my sister the same pill without telling them lol, they take vitamins I give them and my brother had a lot of energy and so did my sister and they didn't feel tired at all.

The one thing I noticed big time was the affect it had on my cardio, It helps me go longer on the treadmill without feeling out of breath.

the B complex made me more sleepy maybe it was the brand but Ive taken GNC, and other well established brands even the USDA approved ones, and they all do the same thing break me out, and cause high light yellow piss and make me more tired than energetic.

b12 by itself under the tongue is the only tolerable one, but I took one from jarrow the b12 5000 and it made me sleepy, a lot of people have experienced the same thing too and they claim jarrow changed up their formula but 5 years ago it was better.

I read about that but its actually better just to get Coq10, there are conflicting reports and Ive taken Ubiquinol its more expensive but you should be good with Coq10 if you are under 55. Take the UB past that age.

you shouldn't take more than 100mg to be safe, I bought the 100mg ones and would suggest just getting 50 to 75 mg , also take it early morning with breakfast to avoid the insomnia. there are some sides I read about it, I never go high on my supps dosage, I stay low to moderate, longer term usage shows safer and equal benefits, it takes a while to see any affects from natural supps, people expect instant change, give supps at least two months tops. with a good clean diet and workout regimen they go hand in hand.
