It really was quite a nicely packaged gift. Cejudo got to fight in front of a hometown crowd that lauded his every advance with praise. He got out stuck, but the judges apparently don't score legkicks and was awarded greatly for takedowns that resulted in next to no damage. But that's part of the game.
