-Fluke win vs Lawler
-Permanent brain damage from Jorge
-Gets submitted

Good thing I never bet on this buffoon or believed the hype. Back to the B-leagues with his ass to pad his "legacy".

He should be cut immediately. Nothing more satisfying than seeing a lazy quitter quit when things get tough. Did anybody honestly think he would be able to out grapple Maia? Biggest joke that he was ever let in the UFC.

Will Brooks didn't do too good either. Coming over as Bellator Champ, winning his first fight like Askren did and then Brooks lost 3 in a row, getting finished in all of them and cut by the UFC.

I actually don’t think he needs to be cut

I really enjoy watching this goof lose constantly after all the shit talk and hype

I will never understand this revisionist history with the Lawler fight. Robbie went out, then regained consciousness....he was not getting out of that choke.

Mock Ben all you want but for fucks sake stop making things up.

You can count that first fight as a win I don't. I knew what I saw. This is just a continuation.

Ben askren ufc career:
fight, almost dead.
Second fight, dead.
Third fight, his dead body molested.

He stopped fighting cans and came to the big leagues. I never got the askren hype. He only has wrestling and nothing else

Not a win. Herb made a mistake and won't admit it. He would've lost that fight also. The top ten of the UFC isn't cans. He can go retire now or find an organization in Bangladesh to be champion.

There’s nothing wrong with getting submitted by Maia.

A white belt calling a pro fighter a "lazy quitter" for losing a grappling exchange to Demien Maia.. stfu.

Not even close. There was Sean Gannon, the guy that beat Kimbo. Wanderlei started 1-3 in the UFC after being the best LHW for years. Cro Cop's first UFC venture he started 1-2 with losses to Gonzaga by his patented move(nothing will ever be worse than that) and a decision loss to Kongo. Even if Askren retires now it won't be the most embarrassing. He could still come back with a victory and go one win, one loss until he retires. I feel like for any of the numerous fighters from Pride, it was worse because they all seemed to start out with bad losses to underdogs.
