What is the longest you think you could go without eating?

The story of Angus Barbieri, who went 382 days without eating

Angus would attend hospital visits frequently and often stay overnight. He received regular blood tests, all of which revealed his body was, remarkably, functioning just fine.

As weeks turned into months, he compensated for his lack of food by drinking more black tea, black coffee and sparking water, of which all are calorie-free.

His body began to adapt to the lack of food by burning its own fat stores for energy.

For the last eight months, Angus’s blood glucose levels were consistently very low, around 2 mmol/l, but the Scot did not suffer any adverse effects as a result.

He went to the toilet every 40-50 days.

Ozempic and Wegovy manufacturers hate this guy

It surely was an incredible feat, but I want to know if he was still jolly to be around or constantly hangry

how did he get vitamins or proper proteins? muscle wasting? the body can't make certain amino acids either.

he must've crushed his metabolism, how did he not get hormone problems either?

I can go a week without eating easily. But my wife makes me eat every day. She's pregnant so now I'm putting on weight with her.

Also I'm not surprised a Scot was too cheap to eat for that long

I've read about this guy before and I recall his doctors giving him vitamins

I did 48 hrs. Ended it with sprint intervals before eating. I really wasn't that hungry. I could probably push it an extra 12-24 hrs. I also did ADF for 3 months this year.

I've been intermittent fasting for about 14 years and the longest I've gone was around 40 hours.

Felt fine and could have gone longer. But I don't wanna push it because after about 36-48 hours, you start losing gainz.

For some reason im getting a vibe of BS

I was just reading about IRA members going on hunger strikes in british prison back in day and longest one was 64 days before dying

This guy was an incredibly fat fuck
