She had a really bad injury which sidelined her several months. It's been 3 years since she's fought now... I don't see her coming back. This situation reminds me of WMMA version of what happened to TJ Grant sadly.

Yes she outright stated she was moving up to 125 because the weight cit combined with her injuries was too much. She had a fight scheduled against Roxanne a while back but it was canceled due to another injury from Tatiana

Suarez is not done. She said a month ago she's been training grappling and is hoping her knee is healthy enough to take a fight in July at 125.

I’m still a little bit reluctant in certain situations and hesitant, but I’m feeling really good, and the next step is maybe to do some sparring and see how it holds up during sparring and then once I feel 100 percent confident, I’ll ask to book a fight, and I’m hoping like July. The reason I wanted to go flyweight for the next fight is because I had been out for a few years, and I just didn’t really want to focus on any type of weight cut. I just wanted to focus on fighting at that point

Dunno about Dern. Mackenzie is the biggest threat to her in that division, it might end up being a sloppy striking match as I'm not sure she'd want to engage with Dern on the ground. I don't really have the words to describe how different a level Dern is in BJJ to anyone else at 105.
