Does anybody do this? I've got some no-explode, Jack3d and Endo-Rush and I've been contemplating on whether to take it before class or not.

I mean, would it help my performance? I understand it's not going to be a miracle worker but my gas tank sucks(as well as my muscular endurance) and I wonder if it would help any.

Seeing as you already own those 3 supplements you may as well go ahead and use them! In future, don't bother. Do some reading here on the forums and you will soon realise why! you and your wallet will thank me later. . .

As for taking them PreWO you may feel benefits (there is some good stuff in the products). You may well experience the placebo effect, as the hype that comes with products such as NO Xplode and Jack3d is EXTREME ! People usually buy into this hype and then when they take the products, somehow believe that it has somehow made them insanely strong, focused and pumped after one serving!

I wouldnt take either , Just eat food. Caffiene keeps u up and u ll crash when u need a boost. A natural one.

You might as well use the NO Xplode since you already have it. It's a crap product in terms of value for the money, but beyond that it's just a mega dose of caffeine and some creatine and B vitamins...nothing harmful. Will definitely give you a boost for workouts, but realize that since it's caffeine you'll develop a tolerance quickly if you use it every day. 48-72 hours are needed between doses to avoid tolerance effects I believe. Of course, you should be taking creatine every day, so there's the conflict.

Just for the record, I didn't go out and buy any of these. I had them given to me by someone who was leaving for the air force.

I am much to stingy with my money to waste it on things like these.

^^ which is why people should buy their supplements separately.

In any case, it's just "class", not the world championships. Take it and see how you feel. If you don't like it, come back the next day and don't take it. What's the big deal here?

N.O.-Xplode is what I typically take on a lifting day and I can feel some decent muscular endurance and perseverance when I take it. I have taken the Endorush on my 2-2.5 hour cardio days and it keeps my energy level up and makes me crazy intense in the gym. Hopefully, this will help you somewhat. The beta-alanine in both products dialates your blood vessels producing more nutrient/oxygen flow to your muscles which blocks fatigue sensors and lets you continue to work at full capacity.

Uh....no? :icon_neut

Uhh...yes, what is your take on this product?

I generally get all my info from experience, research, and a retired neurologist (30+ years experience) turned dietician. Ive been a personal trainer for 5 years as well with 4 certifications.

and my 5th degree UFC blackbelt instructor told me you're full of shit, now STFU & GTFO.

I think you just got Beta ALanine mixed up with L-Arginine (the "nitric oxide").

i was thinking about doing the same thing
you get energy plus the creatine helps with quick muscle recovery and endurance
i say go for it

L-Arganine and Beta-Alanine are 2 differently absorbed forms of n.o. The Beta-alanine is most commonly used as a bcaa but experienced lifters/doctors know of its secondary uses. The carnosyn in the beta-alanine is what makes your skin itchy/tingly.

Not a problem dude, Im just here to help however I can. I was 40% body fat growing up with no knowledge of nutrition and now I pride myself on knowing as much as possible in nutrition so I can help the people like my old self that didnt have much to go on.
