Takedowns from a Front Headlock?

So I end up in front headlocks fairly often (putting them on other people) but I never get takedowns from here. Mostly I use it just to knee people when doing MMA training. I looked in my "Winning Wrestling Moves" book and they only have three takedowns from the feet with this tie-up (there have to be more). They've got a fireman's carry (seems really difficult and I've always sucked at fireman's carry), a knee pick, or an inside trip. Coming from a BJJ background I've always stayed away from inside trips just because you end up in the guy's guard.

Anyways, any ideas?

I like the front head lock throw. You need an arm in with the head lock, keep your opponents head firmly in your ab area, step in hard and throw him towards the arm you have trapped. If you time it right you can end up with mount.
Here is a picture of me throwing it at nats a few years ago.

I often use the front headlock to snap guys down to quarter, then work to take back or roll them to cross-sides bottom. Not really a throw, but pretty high percentage.

Snapdown, sprawl, shake shake shake, until they drop to all fours then work from there to choke or take the back.

Anaconda/Brabo and Cobra chokes come to mind.

Hell, when I first started rolling I sometimes used a nearside cradle because I always ended up in mount.

EDIT: Even is this is for pure wrestling you can still use all 3 moves

I used the front headlock to get the takedown in wrestling many times. I would circle to my left and grab the leg for a cradle. I think this is exactly what Body Count is suggesting as well.

I used a cradle from guard last night. The guy posted on one leg but had bad posture. So I scooped under it and pulled it to his head. His arm was trapped, so I rolled him over me and I got mount. Granted he was a white belt and I'm a blue. Probably won't work on a guy at my level or better.

snap down to circle or cradle
it helps to cirle the opposite way then quckly spin behind when you have them off balance keep in mind to block the arm

i like to take the front headlock to the knees and work a brabo choke or just try to take the back

Drags, Snapdowns, Pepsi Force Over, Barrell Roll, Or Just Circle To His Back.

You can just snap them down with a front headlock, you can throw them by and go behind (many names for this), knee pick works if you get them to all 4's (used in wresting for a cradle), and if you wanna avoid the inside trip, there's also an outside trip you can do but it's not a high percentage move.

There's many techniques, any of the 3 described in that book work just fine.

This is sorta a gimmick move but I've hit it before.
Get the front headlock
Snap him down
When he pushes back up go with him
Pull up under his neck sorta like a guillotine but you're not trying to choke him
*next step is tricky*
You need to arch back almost like a belly to belly suplex
at the same time you need to kick the inside of his right thigh with your right leg
Roll over one shoulder(careful not to pin yourself)
and roll through landing in Saturday night ride with the headlock still in.

Not an easy one but a fun one! Timing the kick through with the arch is the key.

Hell, when I first started rolling I sometimes used a nearside cradle because I always ended up in mount.

Works quite well. Especially against guys who tend to pull their knees to their chests as they are going to their backs.

another one I like alot is an ankle pick of the front heheadlock which often is another good transition to the cradle.

I like to do a Whip. Its a muscle move, but it works for me even against tough competition.

One of the most technical things to do from a Front Header is a Shuck or Throw-by (im sure its already been mentioned on this thread so im not going to go into details).
