Taco Bell refused to accept my gift card.

I got a Taco Bell gift card for my birfday Feb 25th and usually go to Belton MO but was in the newly remodeled Taco bell in Harrisonville. I gave them my gift card which has $8.57 left (I even have my reciept that shows my balance) and they told me they don't accept gift cards anymore. I pointed at the front of the register where they have gift cards and the kid ringing me up asked if I wanted a manager. I just left and went to burger king.

Sigh.
 
Why didn't you just use a credit or debit card? Taco Bell > Burger King, even thought they are on my shit list over the grilled stuffed burrito.
 
Had it twice. Once drunk it was awesome. Sober absolutely terrible food. Tried going through the drive through without a car next to my hotel and they wouldn't serve us without a car. The restaurant was closed.

So Taco Hell can bog off.
 
A Jamba Juice employee talked me into buying a couple gift cards two Christmases ago and then when I tried to use the cards a couple weeks later at the exact same Jamba Juice they told me they didnt accept them at that store

Well it didn't work! We'd been on a wine vineyard binge all day so couldn't use the car. A similar thing happened with a Maccy D's, we had to UBER Eats it to the hotel.

I just aint got time for that. Little things like this no longer concern me. I did not buy the gift card. I am not going to waste my time arguing with a taco bell manager. I got bigger fish to boil.

Uber Eats and all ridesharing/delivery services are the true heros of covid 19. They go out there every day to get us that can of pringles we really want.
 
Yeah I got a panda express gift card and when I went to use it they said it had already been used.

I'm certainly not going to go back to the person who gave it to me and force them to hassle with getting a replacement but I was still pissed.

I try not to but often after a really bad day I UBER Eats heaps, I should probably be on first name terms with my Indian, Thai, Pho and Bahn Mi places.
It was Pi Day yesterday so used it as an excuse for pizza delivery

They are food heroes indeed, UBER not working in London screwed me up though, and they don't have Lyft at Heathrow. Not the driver's faults though.
 
You’re probably spending more time writing and responding to this thread than it would’ve taken to talk to the manager and get your due.

3 times now i went to panda with gift cards and they were not valid. Last time the cashier even told the store manager she scratched it off and it is still not working. The manager did not even understand, it was not used, it had a balance, the computer just wouldnt accept it.

The manager tried and eventually gave my dad and i our food.

Gift cards have a scratcher on the back that gets scratched by the cashier when you use it 1 time.
 
You should’ve slid a couple legos to the cashier on the down low wrapped in the gift card
