The Super Mario Movie was great, it broke expectations and was the number 1 movie in the world for along time, deservingly. It was very entertaining for both kids and adults who grew up playing the game

New trailer came out for the sequel.

First one was great. The kids watched it at least 3,218 times over the course of 6 months....

The animation is stellar. Sequel looks like it should be fun too

The best part about the first one was the racing scene so I was hoping they would go All In on a Mario Kart tournament for part 2 but Mario Galaxy is my favorite Mario game ever so I will still be seeing this one in theaters

Hope they go a little deeper with the storytelling this time, the first one was enjoyable but it was about as deep as a Saturday morning cartoon from the 80's

I know Mario games were never about the lore but you can still throw in some depth and emotion with those characters
