Cody Garbrand vs Kris Moutinho!!! is the only fight the UFC should make.

Poor cody garbrandt.. went from undefeated fighter at 11-0 won 6 straight UFC fights to win the title to losing by KO to an EPO infused dillashaw that busted his chin.. now he's 12-5.. lost 5 of 6 fights, looking at getting cut from the UFC.. they need to stop giving him ranked opponents of any kind, and start feeding him unranked bums to see if he can make it as a gatekeeper.. Not Sean O'Malley... if you ask me.. Kris Moutinho green hair guy that O Malley destroyed is who cody should fight next... and if Cody can't pass that test.. he doesn't belong in the UFC

Kris Moutinho is tough and durable.. the UFC wanted to give him another chance anyways.. but as i say this it looks like the UFC did match him up already in March with Guido Cannetti.. either one of these guys are the type of guy that Garbrandt should fight.. he should be removed from BW rankings.. and have to reclimb the ladder

O'malley needs to pick on someone his own size. He's a weight bully, one of the most extreme cases in the UFC. Not only is he tall and long for the division but he's handpicking SMALL opponents that fight at 125. His last three fights were a 125er, a amateur without a camp, and now another 125er, and he's fishing for a Cody fight because thats a tailor made way for him to get another easy win against a smaller guy. All this cherrypicking bullshit takes away from him as a fighter, he's playing the game in such an obvious way that it's obnoxious. Stop fighting guys that are 5'5" tall and could fight at 125.

I am not so sure Dana doesn't sign off. I think Cody is rapidly approaching the end of his time in the UFC. Let Suga beat him to get a name on his resume.

You are wrong. This is exactly the type of fight O'Malley wants. He doesn't see Garbrandt as dangerous anymore and see it as an winnable fight with some name recognition. He definitely will go after it. Right now O'Malley is the favorite between them. Unless Cody makes some drastic changes I don't see a different result from the Kai Kara fight. That same 1-2 combo that Kai Kara used to finish Cody, O'Malley will use, difference is O'Malley will also have the height and reach advantage while Kai Kara had the height/reach disadvantage vs Cody. Cody struggles vs fighters with good boxing technique. He did his best earlier since his boxing level was better than the fighters he was fighting on the way up to the title. He hasn't improved his boxing since then and others improve their boxing. Very similar to what happened with Conor and his boxing advantage back then compared to now.
