Being a small guy,

I absolutely love this position against bigger guys, I can put my weight on them and go to the back if an opening occurs/ or if things get too dangerous.

However the only real submission i find is a gullotine in no gi, does anyone know of any decent submissions in the gi for this?

Many thanks

Submissions from front headlock? Why not front headlock!

No arm guillotine/high leg guillotine/aka Marcelotine.

Anaconda. (Youtube Fabricio Werdum's variation. It doesn't require the gator roll)

M'arce/inverted D'arce.

Peruvian necktie.

Inverted triangle. Actually, I'm not sure if it's inverted or reverse. Either way, for reference youtube search Toby Imada triangle.

I'm sure there's more. These are the ones I know of that have actually worked.

I love this position as well.

My two best subs from here are the anaconda choke and peruvian necktie. They're fairly high percentage for me, but for the anaconda I feel like my long arms help.

Give those a try.

Ah, TeamKenpo reminded me of what I do when my arms can't quite get the anaconda. Japanese necktie. Or, you can switch to the vicegrip/bolt cutter grip, and dump them over for a standard darce.

Darce, anaconda, peruvian necktie are the highest percentage, at least for me. I'll take the guillotine too if they leave it open.

In the gi? Loop chokes all day, clock choke, rolling bow and arrow, reverse omoplata (nasty if you can pull it off), the Judo sankaku series, and the rolling arm bar ala Ronda Rousey are all viable options from the front headlock. Depending on the position you might also be able to pull off a Baratoplata, though it wouldn't be my first choice.

It's not my first either, but IMO one of the best follow-ups after first going 3/4 Nelson and pursuing the brabo.

Ah 3/4 nelson. Still seems high risk. Then again, my personal BJJ philosophy steers me away from putting myself on my back. Not sure if the possible reward of a tap would justify me putting myself on my back. I guess I'd have to get reallllllly good a baratoplatas to get the confidence needed to try that from 3/4 nelson,

You can do it from the top too, though in this case it would involve turning the guy as you went for it. Which admittedly would be hard to do.

Hard but not impossible. I guess you could use the vice grip to dump them onto their side, but instead of going for the darce, you can snag a baratoplata. Never thought of that option. Like you said, hard. But not impossible. It's an option worth considering.

If the guy turns a little too far onto his back for you to lock up the brabo after whipping him over with the 3/4 Nelson, you can step over into the baratoplata from top, driving across his body and posting your hand behind you. I always aim for the top finish first, only going to the bottom if he explodes to his knees.
