Lol all these years later, I still can't believe he held Gold. Great dude, fun fighter, but yet..
Was the division that weak at the time or did he leg kick his way to a title? I dont know. I haven't watched that fight with Rampage In a long time.

Forrest earned that belt 100% ...probably the most improved early TUF fighter IMO...

He fought extremely well against rampage and shogun... And tito..

Anderson ruined Forrests legacy. It’s hard to be taken seriously when you’re on the wrong end of the most one-sided fight of all time.

But Forrest had some great performances. Back to back wins over Shogun and Rampage (both were #1 LHW and top 5 P4P when he beat them) and then gave prime rashad all he could handle for two rounds before getting clipped in the third.

He wasn’t the most skilled guy but he’s become underrated historically.

Whats the matter with you? Weak division? He beat Shogun and Rampage. Why you asking questions you know the answer to?

He did the exact thing he needed to do to beat Rampage. It was literally the ONLY way he could win that fight, and he did it. Rampage's stubborn overconfidence undid him as he thought he could walk through leg kicks long enough to get the KO that never came.

Didnt ruin his legacy for me. We all know Forrest is better than what he showed in that fight.
