Statue of Liberty virtual tour

Always wanted to see an underskirt pic...

Would they happen to have a virtual tour of Fight Island yet?

Fun link, this will kill ten minutes at least. Thanks!

I enjoy the virtual tours and I suspect they will replace physical visits for many of us. We can see the things we want to without the time and expense of actually going there. As virtual imaging improves, so does the experience.

@JOE QUEEF That is a very cool website and format of virtual tour.
My personal favourite statue is The Motherland Calls.

There isn't an slick virtual tour like your one, but there is a fairly comprehensive photo gallery and description here:

I think we've talked about this before, the Russian statue is my favorite also. Thanks for the link, it never occured to me that the inside was accessible. What a job that must have been.

Have we? I don't recall, it may have been someone else man. Or my brain is fucked.

Check out the inside of the number 1 on the list - Statue of Unity. That thing is entirely clad in bronze and brass. Magnificent.

Im a descendant of Ferdinand De Lesseps so visiting the SoL is of interest to me. Same with the Suez Canal. Grandpa fell on hard times doe, left a progeny of paupers.

That's so badass. It's like a giant Warhammer miniature
It's badass hey. Sisters of Battle, or maybe just a living saint.

The Sword is made from stainless steel and titanium. Pretty cool.
The main body itself is made from concrete panels, held in place by tensioned cables.
