People believe that Elon ordered the rapid turn around of the rocket that included installing all new larger rocket engines and new fuel delivery technology that had not gone through extensive testing. He was so upset over the previous two stage failure he was out to prove they could fix it. It's very possible health and sanity could have been at question. There was other parts that were changed. He is upset and acting out like a child maybe not drug related but he is making questionable decisions that opens much greater chance of failure.
