Hey all I hope you’re all doing well! In my spare time I like to find old MMA instructional videos by fighters and I thought I would share them with you:).

Here are some of my favourites.

Don Frye’s Predator fighting system.

Kimo’s fierce fighting.

Bas Rutten’s Extreme Pancrace.

Bas Rutten’s Superior Free Fighting Techniques.

Vitor Belfort’s Boxing for MMA.

Frank Shamrock’s instructionals.

These are just a few of my favourite ones. They can be a cool watch, however keep in mind that these were made a while ago and the MMA landscape has evolved so some of the techniques may be a bit outdated. But regardless they’re fun to watch!

I have also found snippets of an instructional GSP did a while ago though I don’t believe it’s the full DVD(S) content.

These are just from Youtube because it’s easier to format a playlist for your viewing convenience but there are also many reuploads of this type of content on Dailymotion and Vimeo. I could post from there later but I’m not sure you can have playlists on those sites.

regardless here it is.

Not seen Frye's one before
That's pretty badass.

You left out

Hendo's Jiu Jitsu killer

Ken Shamrocks Lions Den Submission Fighting system

Man those Lion’s Den guys went through some gruelling training.

I remember seeing somthing about their selection process to get into the gym as a pro fighter and good lord was it tough.

I’m honestly happy that Ken isn’t that bad off now after all that training.

I have always enjoyed these sorts of videos, they're a real blast from the past. I doubt Tank Abbott ever released instructional videos, but I'd watch the hell out of them, at least for laughs. Thanks for sharing!

No problem bro I’m happy my little hobby can be put to use!

There's gold in those old instructionals! This is my favourite, changed my entire guard game:

Nogueira disc 1

GSP disc 1

Anderson disc 1

Machida disc 1

Dan Henderson disc 1

When was the Anderson instructional made? Seems to have pretty clean and modern production.

Was it Victory Belt that produced it?

I hope you guys get a kick out of the videos like I do!

I'm not sure who produced it. I'd estimate it was made about 10-12 years ago. You're right, though... it looks great!

Whoa! There is gold in daily motion, I had no idea!

If anyone has any of Caol Uno's instructional series, please post them. I recently let the actual DVDs slip through my hands and I'm kicking myself.

Just looked into it and it is them. Victory Belt is normally a book publishing company if I’m not mistaken, mainly focusing on nutrition stuff like Paleo, Carnivore, and Ketogenic diets. They’re the guys who published Mastering the Rubber Guard by Eddie Bravo back in the day.

Ohh hello I didn’t know this was here. This is another Victory Belt production the same production that did the Anderson Silva instructional DVDs.
