imo Justins hits harder but couldnt land as much. He floored max with the first real punch he landed but Topuria is so much more technical and a technical power puncher is NIGHTMARE to fight just watch Canelo's highlights to get an idea

Its not about harder, Ilia was more precise and fast and was able to pursuit Max and don't let him recover.

Ilia is faster and more technical than Gaethje.

Max is significantly faster than Gaethje, and only slightly slower than Ilia.

Gaethje is slower and telegraphs his punches, so his opponents can roll with it more easily.

Ilia is smaller so I don’t think he hits as hard in terms of pure power, but he is fast enough that fighters don’t see the punches coming and take them flush.
