Its obvious the UFC are using kid gloves when matchmaking Sean O’Malley. Is it time to give him a top dog yet, or are they going to keep nudging him along like a young lamb?

Vera already eliminated Sean O'Malley. For some reason, my instincts tell me that the UFC want to avoid another incident like that for many years to come.

Imagine him so Munhoz or Merab.

Tought stylistic match ups

I think he draws an audience for the UFC, and will probably get wrecked by the top competition, so it would be in both's best interest to keep feeding him mid/lower level guys for as long as they can. Unusual for the UFC-can't think of another recent example of this.

He’s clearly ready for a #15-10 guy, but crushing cans and getting nice KO’s is helping his popularity so I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a couple more squash matches. He’s the MVP of the UFC.

They're trying hard to find him someone chinny who doesn't grapple. But BW is stacked, a guy like Grant would give Sean major problems

As a fighter idk why people act like he's not a good fighter. Sure he hasn't beaten a high level fighter but I think if him and Vera rematch that fight goes differently. Paiva isn't the best but for him to starch him easily says something. Not sure where he is on his contract but if he renews he has no excuses for not fighting up.

Dana said that they gonna pay him probably some bigger fight coming up soon

Let him beat a top 15 guy who has high level wrestling and I'll start to change my mind. As of now I think of him as a good striker.
