my shakes before bed. I read their site which didnt help much in that department other than that they said you shouldn't take more than about 10g of glutamine a day well Cellmass has 2g of Glutamine AKG per scoop and they suggest it twice a day so thats 4g of AKG which is more potent right? so just kinda confused on what to do... maybe I should just
take N.O. Xplode pre workout
post workout immediately Cellmass
post workout 20min later ( minimum they suggest ) protein shake ( without glutamine i guess )
and before bed Shake with lil glutamine or no? I read that excess glutamine can cancel the N.O. but that doesnt matter at night before bed right? lol maybe im missing something... they suggest Cellmass again before bed but thats kinda pointless isnt it?
I dunno maybe I should have not got the cellmass kinda threw a wrench in my routine... well now that I have it what do you guys suggest. Thanks!
