I can't make out for sure what he said, a fella in the comments of that video says he said "Don't kiss us" and that it's Irish slang that, in this context, meant stop shoving your head in my face.

I wish someone would ask Conor about this, because if it was really an apology, that's really humiliating.

It does sound like he said that, but Khabib was talking about a few fouls Conor was doing to the ref right before Conor said that. So Conor saying that could have been related to what Khabib said to the ref, not just a random statement he said during the fight.

Sounds pretty obvious to me that he says "It's only business" but that doesn't necessarily mean he was apologising. He could have easily have meant "I don't give a shit if you're upset, it's only business to me."
