Semi-pro is the only one I haven't seen, so voting for that

Pls no Braveheart

I've always wanted a week where we do nothing, NOTHING except yap about historical inaccuracies in movies.

I have mental lists prepared for this stuff.

We have a gentlemens rule not to state which movie we're voting for. So that the voting is completely anonymous and we're not influencing other peoples vote.

I didn't mention the one that I voted for.

I'm really struggling trying to identify this week's theme. I got nothin'.

Also, no top 5/10? Can we nominate one? I know I just went so I don't want to be greedy, but if no one else has anything my buddy and not-sherdogger Yojimbo has one:

"Top 5 Most Memorable Plot Twists"

How about top 5 ideas for top 5 lists? :D

I have these films all on DVD, or, rather, had. One of them was stolen while I was in college.

this list has left me baffled, but there is one that I actually haven’t seen & one that I wouldn’t mind giving a rewatch even though I’m not bananas about it.

well that would be good I admit

Since no one has objected or suggested a better alternative despite over half of the club already checking in, I'll post my own Top 5 Most Memorable Plot Twists but only listing the movies because those who have seen it will know but those who haven't don't get spoiled. I imagine our lists may have some in common.

1) The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
2) Fight Club
3) Oldboy, good lord my head hurt after that one
4) The Usual Suspects
5) Gone Girl

HM: Inside Man, Se7en, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari
DM: Sixth Sense I don't care, Vanilla Sky I used to love that film, and I loathe The Village

And my buddy Yojimbo's Top 5 Most Memorable Plot Twists:

1) 12 monkeys
2) usual suspects
3) fight club
4) planet of the apes
5) psycho

Crying Game should be on every list. What was the plot twist in Seven?
